Alpha Wastewater Treatment (WWT) system is an innovative and green technique consisting of mechanical and electrical treatment methods to minimize the use of chemicals for treatment of contaminants in the wastewater.
Our new proprietary Micro Ion Catalytic (MIC) system is designed for the pre-treatment of your incoming wastewater stream to effectively remove difficult and toxic contaminants including heavy metals, dissolved or emulsified oil, hydrocarbons, organics BOD COD and solids in water. The use of MIC in our processes allows for a reduced or zero use of chemicals (that contributes to Total Dissolved solids TDS level) in your wastewater processes, thereby reducing the operating cost of your filtration and treatment processes. alpha dissolved air flotation (daf) system

Alpha integrated Dissolved Air Flotation (iDAF) system is a process treatment for solid-fluid or fluid-fluid separation integrated with a coagulant and flocculent mixing tank. The compact system uses pressurized air dissolved in water to produce the massive diminutive bubbles through a high-pressured backflow, enabling it to react with the floc suspended solid or the liquid particles in the wastewater, causing them to float to the water surface where it is then removed by a skimmer.

AGE's new Alpha Sludge Dewatering system (SDW) is designed for effective solid removal from both low and high sludge concentration of 2000 to 50000 ppm in wastewater, especially oily wastewater. It produces excellent dry sludge and greatly reduces
the weight and volume of the by-product requiring disposal, allowing end user to achieve major cost savings to their operations. |
